Hey Mike - nice dome! I recently built a 14-foot dome of a similar style. I like your split dome slit door. Very cool! On mine, I have to lift the bottom half of the door off and set it on the ground. The top half slides over the back side of the dome. Your design is better! Good luck! - Chuck
